- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, or final sale items may not be eligible for return.

- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If the return is not approved, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:
- Contact us to request an exchange, and we will assist you in selecting an alternative product.
- The returned item must meet our return eligibility criteria, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer support team immediately within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will provide you with a return label and arrange for a full refund or replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or downloadable content
7. Late Returns
We cannot process returns or refunds for items received after the 30-day return window has passed. We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if you wish to return or exchange an item.
8. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped).
