- International Shipping: Available for customers outside the United States. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated at checkout or via our promotional campaigns.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the chosen shipping method. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Domestic Orders: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the shipping address and chosen shipping option.
- International Orders: For orders outside the United States, international shipping fees will apply. Additionally, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. LivePariz is not responsible for any delays that occur after the order has been shipped.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and provide you with a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you provide incorrect shipping information, such as an incorrect address or phone number, we may not be able to deliver your order on time. Please double-check your information at checkout. If there is a mistake, contact us immediately to make corrections.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
LivePariz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend tracking your package and ensuring it is received by a secure location.
